I loaned my little brother, Tim Tipton, over $150,000.00 trying to help him salvage his business, Heritage Homes in Bozeman \ Belgrade, MT.

He paid back most of it, but when we declined to assume his Million dollar debt so he could "start over" he decided he didn't have to pay us back anymore.

Now he doesn't want to talk to me and has decided he doesn't have to pay me back!
